Superkons is a sustainable impact company based in Gothenburg, Sweden that provides waterless powder concentrates for everyday products like hand & body wash and cleaners. Their "Powder to Liquid" formula has reduced single-use plastics and toxic chemicals, making daily rituals more sustainable and convenient. Designed to minimize environmental impact, Superkons aims to leave a near-zero climate footprint while promoting eco-friendly practices.
Nature's Palette:
Inspired by the earthy tones of wood and soil, the brand colours for Superkons integrate a neutral color palette with accents of muted green. With this combination, we tried to highlight Superkons' vibrant fragrances, crafting a comforting and organic brand identity. The palette, designed to evoke natural sensory experiences, adds vibrancy while maintaining an inviting and grounded visual language.
A Grounded Identity:
The Superkons logo embodies the essence of "Jord," which is Swedish for "earth," reflecting the brand's commitment to sustainability. We went for a minimalist design for their identity, which perfectly positions the brand as a modern and sustainnable organisation with Scandinavian aesthetics. The logo features a well-balanced pictogram with a concentrated wordmark in the bottom left corner of a box, symbolizing Superkons' concentrated products. The rounded top right corner mirrors the typeface's style, creating a visually balanced and grounded logo.
Organic Strata:
Inspired by the layered nature of the Earth, Superkons' patterns abstract elements like foliage, tree rings, and sedimentary rocks. Handmade by tearing layers of colored paper, these designs reflect the brand's organic and free-spirited nature. The earthy hues and organic shapes enhance Superkons' visual appeal, emphasizing its commitment to sustainability and the environment. These patterns create a tactile and authentic feel, aligning with the brand's eco-friendly and minimalist ethos.
